FBM UPS rates not showing discounts this AM? Showing retail pricing?!
Looks like Amazon Shipping has a bug with the UPS rate increase. They are showing UPS rates at full retail instead of the discounted rate they are supposed to show.
ODR or not, not paying that to get orders our until they fix it. Hopefully a Mod can let someone know.

Hello @Seller_LuY7EhG6PfzN5 and the other sellers asking about UPS rates.
Other sellers raised this issue, and it was escalated to our partner teams that manage carriers and Buy Shipping. Several sellers mentioned that this was temporary and that they were seeing lower UPS shipping rates. Please let me know if this is (or isn't) the case with you.
