PREMIUM SHIPPING NOT SHOWING CORRECTLY

We are eligible to offer premium delivery options and meet all the requirements for all the metrics.

However, when we activate 1 day and 2 day premium delivery only 2 day is showing on the listing. We have logged in from a personal PRIME buying account to purchase ASIN B0798W1GDQ.

If we offer 2 day delivery only, then the EDD is the same as FREE standard delivery.

We can't figure out what's gone wrong here - any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Shipping template is attached.

Thank you.

I see that the transit time is managed by Amazon. My recommendation is to switch off SSA (Shipping Settings Automation) for a much better control of your shipping.

I wouldn't use SSA if you paid me.

Mines exactly the same, i have 1 day premium shipping set however amazon is showing the customers premium delivery in 2 days, someone at seller support said im getting padded delivery because my OTDR is not above 97%, which makes no sense as my normal delivery time is correct and not being padded, it shows customers fastest delivery date same time as normal delivery date. Amazon will find any excuse, id have a guess they do this to push prime.

Since when has padded premium delivery ever become a thing also? You either have premium delivery eligibility or you don't, makes no sense to me
