Unauthorized resellers

Has anyone had any luck regulating resellers? Or at least preventing them form being able to attach themselves to the brand owners listings/ store front? I've even noticed Amazon themselves are now a reseller of some of our products. What's the point of brand registry if anyone can sign up and sell our products? We have transparency codes for some items, but even with those we have resellers still selling the items just under "open box".

Quick question- Are you the brand owner? If not, then how can you stop anyone but the brand owner from taking action? If the items in question are federally trademarked or patented, then you might have some recourse in the line of infringements. When people resell others merchandise under a generic 'brand' name like the foreigners here do, it really is a piranha pool and they are all biting at whatever sales they can scrape from the bones of the 'actual' brand owner or mfg. of the items.
