Lost Buy Box,,, Please Help!
I have had a Buy box on my listings since i started 2.5 years ago. Last year, without any prior warning all my listings lost the buybox.
My VTR is 100% ,All account health and performance targets a at the required levels.
Any help or recommendations would be greatly recieved.

Your own brand or not?
If it is, have you had price cuts etc?
Are you selling cheaper elsewhere?

I have looked at your listings and I can see that they don’t have the buy box. Your delivery times look okay so we can rule that out. You appear to be offering free postage which is a contributory factor to getting the buy box. If your account health is okay we can rule that out as well.
Prior to losing the buy box did you have any issues with your account health such as A-Z’s, Late Despatches or policy violations? Is there any trigger you can think of which may have caused this to occur?
All I can say is that I have a similar issue and I have had no buy box on FBM listings since 2021. Mine started after some account health issues but for the last 2 years everything has been perfect so no reason to keep denying it.
There is no way to fight or challenge this on Amazon I have tried every path open to me. SS, Managing Director Escalation Team and Mediation. However as it is Amazon policy to never discuss the buy box you never get any resolution.

We don’t have the buy box on a range of pens because we are selling them for £3.45 which includes postage fees ets, but Amazon can see them being sold for £1.99 on a different website so they are not seen as a competitive price. The problem is…that when you go onto that website they apply postage at the checkout which Amazon haven’t taken into account. Really frustrating mut may be the reason? Do you get the competitive price emails constantly telling you to offer them cheaper?
