FBA labels required when not using outer cartons

Hello,

Somewhat experienced FBA seller here. However I am finding conflicting information online about this so wanted to see if anyone has any up to date experience to offer.

I am sending products via Send to Amazon. I have 4 types of product, 20 of each, all on one pallet. 80 units total. They are individually packed units (due to weight) and each have a FNSKU label, thus ready to ship to the customer. There are no outer cartons, just multiple units on a pallet ready to ship.

My question is, will I need to add an FBA "Carton" label for each individual unit? Or is the FNSKU label the only label required on each individual unit?

If the FNSKU label is the only label required, which process should be used for the Send to Amazon workflow? I am assuming "Individual Units" then just forget about the carton label it asks me to print?

Thanks for any advice. From what I can see on the workflow currently it doesn't offer any option for what I am trying to achieve..

Hi, I had the similar issue and ask seller support.

Their answer was I still need to use box labels, therefore I use box labels even though product boxes has their FNSKU labels or their barcodes on them.

If anyone knows and does this without box labels it would be great to know. Until then I will continue using box labels from send to Amazon interface.

We always send it without box labels, had no issues so far, although Amazon had told us in 4 occasions that box labels re missing etc. out of 60 shipments only 4 were problematic, for some reason, but they have accepted it anyway. Such a waste of paper and ink for no reason....
