Why are refunds we processed not showing up that we did the refund processing

A customer returned an item that was a different serial number . We processed it as materially different and did everything. Now when i go back and look it appears we did not upload the images or anything

This doesn't seem right. If you don't mind please share the Order ID associated with this case. I would like to take a look and determine what options do you have moving forward.
