Haven't get paid for 50 days due to Account Level Reserve

Every payment has failed, even though it shows that I have available funds. As soon as it's the payment day, or if I request a payment, the available funds are instantly deducted due to the Account Level Reserve.

Can anyone help me understand what to do in this case, please?
