Pallet Labels for AWD Non-Partner Carrier
Hi,
We are shipping 3 pallets to IUSL using a non-partner carrier. There is no option for printing pallet labels, and we cannot use the individual box labels because our pallets are already configured and cannot be broken down. Is this okay? Do we need to create our own pallet labels?

Hi @Seller_ryIRJxqHJ7WY4,
As mentioned on the help page, printing pallet labels for AWD shipments is only applicable if you're selecting a partnered carrier.
