Order with France delivery address ? help
Hi,
I am a seller on amazon.co.uk and I have received an order this evening with a delivery address in France.
This is going to cost a lot more than I had budgeted for.
Should buyers be allowed to order from the UK if they’re in a different country.
What do I do?

In your Shipping templates, do you have “international shipping” ticked?
Also from Seller Central check, Settings > Account Info
Under “listings status” it should say this
Amazon.co.uk Current Status of Listings: Active (Listings available for sale on Amazon)
Amazon.fr Current Status of Listings: Inactive (Listings not available for sale on Amazon)
Amazon.de Current Status of Listings: Inactive (Listings not available for sale on Amazon)
Amazon.it Current Status of Listings: Inactive (Listings not available for sale on Amazon)
Amazon.es Current Status of Listings: Inactive (Listings not available for sale on Amazon)
For this order, unless you want to pay the postage, you will have to cancel
