Cannot recieve support call from seller support
I am not able to get help on call from support team. Every time i try to get a call from help line, i can see that it is dialing and then call is connected but actually i don't receive any call on my phone.
i have tried different service providers, cleared browser history ,cache etc. but the issue is still there.

Do you mean the call me now button? That is not Seller support, but account health team.

I wanted to share some troubleshooting guidance that another Community Manager @Nikki_Amazon shared recently with another seller:
"Have you checked if you have any spam blocking or call screening features enabled on your phone or through your service provider? Sometimes those can prevent certain calls from coming through, even if the support team is dialing your number. I'd recommend looking into any spam blocker or call filtering settings you may have and making sure they are not blocking the support team's calls. Let me know if you find anything like that or if the issue persists, and we can try some other troubleshooting steps."
