HIA1 - MIDDLETOWN, PA US- PACKAGE SITTING AT UPS
Can someone please help me with shipment ID: FBA18B39Q7SW
Something seems to be occurring with this FC HIA1 - MIDDLETOWN, PA US. I have spoken to other sellers who are also telling me their package is also sitting at the same town UPS location waiting delivering to the same FC center. This package was meant to be delivered 6 days ago, most packages will come to the same town and be delivered same day or next, this package has just been sitting there, it's not damaged or anything wrong, I have reason to believe it could be from Amazon's end in terms of receiving the package, and I have come to learn this is a new FC center. It can't be coincidence that I have spoken to others who are in the same position which shows something is going on between UPS and Amazon for these shipments and FC center, and of course seller support wants me to wait until November which doesn't really help us, or other seller who may run into the same issue.

Mine was a little different than yours, My shipment ID: FBA18BB3FFCD status was delivered on august 22 but package has just been sitting there at FC but never checked in.

Same thing for me. The parcel was delivered August 24.

I have the same issue. I have a package that is "sitting" in Middletown PA since June 14, it is now Oct 17. I have contacted Amazon multiple times and they tell me that I need proof of delivery by UPS, their contracted partner. I have contacted UPS and they tell me that the package is not showing as delivered and still in transit. They will not do an investigation as that must come from Amazon since the labels were printed through Amazon. They informed me to have amazon call them to work out the the details for the investigation but Amazon tells me that they don't do that and will not start an investigation unless I have a POD which apparently I will never get as the package is definitely lost by now.....so frustrating. Amazon is not seller friendly and makes it impossible to get anything fixed..............So...I either take the loss from my missing product, or I hire a lawyer and sue Amazon.....

Amazon assigned this FC (HIA1 - 3327 E Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA) to my shipment as well, I have a USPS account and chose to ship with them instead of UPS. Now USPS is telling me the address for this FC is listed as "Undeliverable". This most likely means that there have been multiple complaints from customers (Most likely Us sellers) who have been unable to deliver their packages to this location/address.
Why is Amazon allowing USPS as a delivery option if they will not accept the package deliveries from them? Is there an alternate address for this FC? I want to change the FC now but there does not seem to be an option to do so. Any help/assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
