Shipping DPD instead of Royal Mail
Can you tell me how we send a parcel by DPD without affecting our VTR rating? Can I just mark it shipped without buying shipping on Amazon? We don’t have DPD available to buy through Amazon so I want to buy direct.
We normally ship our products as large letter using “buy shipping” on Amazon with Royal Mail 24, and the postman collecting. We have just had a large order and due to the increased value we would like to send it by DPD as we find them reliable and can get insurance.
Any help much appreciated.

to activate DPD Buy shipping on amazon you need to jump through a lot of hoops,
you need to email selleronboarding@dpdgroup.co.uk
However [us in cluded] many are struggling as DPD require a test label to activate it and Amazon wont Activate it unless DPD tell them to - see thread here
we have an amazon case open, and just get the usual your case is being looked into blah bla bla that was 3 weeks ago

Yes you can buy shipping away from amazon - directly from DPD
You then manually mark the order as shipped using the relevant service in the drop down menus and add the tracking number

can you assist in any way, as i have been through forums, and we cannot activate DPD through our Buy shipping preferences.
Mine added to Template and preferred carrier, turned on the Shipping Setting Automation, and some orders have recommended use DPD express pack.
However we cannot use DPD as its greyed out, and DPD state it has to be activated from Amazon Side,
Cases opened and just going round in circles
