My money is stuck in seller wallet from the last 3 months.

The team recently requested you to provide a scanned copy of a certified bank letter for the primary contact person account ending *57 however, you instead provided us with the same document you provided before (Bank statement)

Document requirements:
-- The document must be dated within the last 180 days.
-- The document must be signed or stamped by the bank.
-- The document must show the bank name or logo.
-- The document must show the account holder's name, residential address, and bank account number.
-- The document must be in one of our supported languages. The supported languages are English, Chinese, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, French, Turkish, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Tamil, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, and Japanese. If the original document is not in a supported language, provide a copy of both the original document and a certified translation.
-- It is important that the document is easy to read. The information on the document should also match the information entered in Seller Central
Actually the bank letter they want is from a 3 party payment service (pingpong ) and I have only welcome bank letter . But there is not bank signed or stamp as this is bank letter from ping pong.
I submitted all the relevant information regarding this. But verification is not done and now they said that account got suspended.
I am still confused
Help me in this.
