Will Amazon know about my sales and customers from Etsy or Ebay or Woocommerce?

Amazon owned so they would have data from your websites / other platforms. Not a good idea to have all eggs with Amazon.

This is a decent tool, however until it can pull the Ad spend from eBay like it does from Amazon rather than dumping it into "Marketplace fees" i'll continue to use Sellerboard which for about £15 a month gives better analysis for someone who sell on eBay too.
