It appears that Amazon’s guidance might be unclear, and I’m feeling uncertain about my next steps. In the compliance overview, Amazon is requesting a GFSI or HACCP, both of which we have provided. However, when attempting to upload these documents, we encounter the rejection reason “Product Images non-compliant.” Has anyone encountered a similar issue before?
