To add existing product get rejection for approval

We asked for the reason but received a very vague response, which seems like a general copy and paste response, of the submitted document didn't pass the review. We read on another tread that a LOA from the manufacturer may be required, therefore we obtained a LOA from the manufacturer, along with a proof of the manufacturer Barcode ID to further prove the products legitimacy, but it was still denied. We are the authorized distributor of this product in the US and even received an Amazon specific LOA to sell the product on Amazon, but still cannot get approval. What more do we need to provide to get approval for this product?

" even received an Amazon specific LOA to sell the product on Amazon"
You mention the manufacturer several times.
Is the manufacturer the BRAND OWNER?
Many times that is not the case. The LOA needs to come from the brand owner, not a random manufacturer.
Amazon has tunnel vision. Even if the manufacturer is the brand owner, if the LOA is from "XYZ Manufacturing" but the BRAND is "Happy Dogs Eat Meat Dog Food" Amazon will probably need something to show that the brand is owned by the manufacturer and they can give you the LOA.
The other thing is about matching. Is the LOA and invoices in the EXACT same name as your selling account on Amazon?
Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'.
Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?
When Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!
That means Street is not ST.
Jim is not James.
ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps
They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING SPACE S.

Hello @Seller_GwhoNP0dpocZj,
I understand your frustration relating to brand approvals. If the application was denied it is due to internal criteria determined by Amazon. For security reasons, Amazon does not share the requirements for approval. Usually with approval requests, a direct invoice from the manufacturer is required in most situations. Your best bet is to provide whatever documentation is recommended and to continue to submit applications for those brands.
The following links includes information that may help with guiding you on the requirements for products that require approval and how to start selling your products:
