Seller wants me to come off a listing
Hello, I am a fairly new seller on Amazon and recently I have received a message from a buyer stating they are the “rightful brand owner” and they wish for me to remove my store from the listing.
I have been selling on this listing for the past two months with no issues, I then realised yesterday that the listing had been changed from what it originally was.
The company name they used to sign of this message is a new seller on this listing and doesn’t match the brand name on the listing, there are also a total of 11 other sellers on this listing too from what I’ve learned a PL product isn’t going to have that many sellers on it.
Is anyone able to help/advise on this issue I would really appreciate it

what do you mean by the listing has been changed exactly? And was the product you are actually selling matching the product on the listing, including the brand name?

all depends on the "brand" thay have selected i had a similure thing when i started selling my product amazon pointed me in the direction of a similure product that was the same as mine so i clicked on " have one to sell" option and sent 1000 items to amazon i listed at the same price as the other seller 3 months later im hit with a "patent" number and brand registration form claiming all sorts of rubbish i sell items from hardware stores on here.... eaither way 700+ of my items wher destroyed and i got bad mark on my account i even went as far as buying one of ther items to compair to mine and ther exactly the same meaning he was buying from the same place i was. eaither way what you need to do is get your items returned and make a new listing, or seems as thers 11 other sellers ignore it ?
