Negative Balance Appeal

Hello, can i please get some assistance regarding an appeal related to a negative balance incurred on my account, largely related to long term storage fees.

I'm unable to get beyond the initial seller central page as it states 'invalid charge method'. the only support cases it allows me to lodge are related to my account health, when i lodge a case and detail my issue i get an email stating this email is not the correct channel to submit an appeal.

Can i please have an appropriate case log opened up with someone from seller support, i need to send a detailed letter/reasoning as to why i believe the negative balance incurred is inaccurate and unjust, and how i need some assistance in resolving the matter and fixing the balance.
