Hi,

Thank you for your question.

In order to change the Country of Origin (COO) follow these steps:

  • Find the SKU you want to update on the Manage Inventory tab.
  • Click Edit on the right hand side of the product.
  • Depending on the product type, the COO drop-down list will feature in one of the following tabs:

Safety and Compliance

Vital Info

Offer, or

More details tab.

  • You should then be able to amend the information and click on Save and Finish.

It generally takes about 15 minutes for the information to update.

You can find out more about COO on the following help page: Providing Country of Origin information for your products.
