Negative Feedback for not refunding yet, can this be removed?
I had a buyer return an item stating wrong item received. In their comments, it's clear they made the mistake by stating they thought they were receiving a different product.
They were not auto refunded at first scan. My only recourse to collect the return shipping costs is to wait for Amazon to refund the customer in 7 days and then file a Safe-T Claim.

Hi KJH_Finds - Unless feedback violates policy, the feedback would not get removed (because it is a buyer's opinion, even if you believe it is wrong). You can request feedback to be removed via the Feedback tool manger.
