Question about promotions and FBA refunds
If I am running a tier promotion for example Buy 2 get 10% off, Buy 3 get 15% off, Buy 4 get 20% off and a customer purchases 4 items and gets 20% off and then they decide to return 2 of the items, then the customer should only get 10% off and the extra discount they got should be paid back to me as the seller. However, I am not seeing this when I check the refunds report. Is this a glitch in Amazon's system? Or does the customer get to keep the higher discount even though they returned items and actually only kept less?

Hello @Seller_FjaQnLeslcOQA- and thank you for looking to the seller forums for some guidance on managing your promotions.
Customers may not retain higher discount tier benefits when returning items. If you are seeing discount percentages applied inconsistently, you will want to confirm there is no unintended stacking of promotions happening and potentially create a case with our seller support team if further troubleshooting is warranted!
Best,
Danny
