FNSKU labels are already printed on packaging and I'm getting error message that I need to change SKU. Can I change SKU without changing FNSKU?

When I try to "Replenish Inventory" for a new ASIN I get the following error message, "Merchant SKU already exists. Merchant SKUs cannot be reused, even if a previous offer using the SKU has been deleted. Please use a new SKU to create this offer."

I've read other posts on this forum and see the recommended action is to "Add Another Condition" which will result in a new SKU. However it seems that changing the SKU will also change the FNSKU which is already printed on my packaging.

How do I solve this without needing to print new labels to cover the existing barcode and FNSKU already on packaging?

Is the first/ original SKU you want to use converted to FBA?

For those reading this with a similar problem, I opened a case with Amazon and they were able to fix the original SKU, so the original FNSKU now works.
