[Question] Why is my image so much smaller than everyone else's?

So this has been giving me a migraine for the past 3 days and somehow every answer I get on Facebook/Reddit always dodges the question I am asking. Please, does anyone know how to make the main image on the amazon listing look larger? I will provide you with a chopping board as an example to give you an idea of what is that I want my images/bullet points to look like. Hopefully, some legend out there will help me with this problem.

So in photo 1, the image is LARGE and the bullet points are vertical rather than horizontal. That is what I want my image to look like. Image 2 has a smaller size image and because of that, the bullet points are horizontal and wide, which make it look unprofessional.

I am using 1600x1600 px size images and yet, they are still small and the bullet points still horizontal because of it. My first ever shipment is coming in few days and I don’t wanna start off bad.

Any help on how I can have a large main

image like photo 1? Thanks

I think it’s a ratio issue. The top one is landscape and the bottom one portrait. If the bottom image was made to display the same width as the top one, it would be far too tall/high. IMO
