Buyer Comment: Bought 2 by mistake
So item is returned to me today and I can tell it has been opened. I opened it up and a used item and the glass bottles have been used and washed and has condensation in them. Also the model number on the unit is an older version of the one I sold.
There has been a issue with the older models gumming up and stop working if you do not clean them often.
SO the customer did a SWITCHEROO. Took out the new one and sent me the old one.
This same thing happened months ago and I was lucky enough lol to have amazon refund me 20% for a restocking fee on a $350 item that I now have and it does not work.
SO my question is how to better go about a SAFTY T claim to hopefully get all my money back?
I also took a video of the whole thing from beginning to the end.
Any help would be great! Thank You

Hello @Seller_GDJ2KZYTy2kXH,
If the item was refunded at first scan with a prepaid Amazon return label then I would suggest entering a Safe-T claim with as much evidence as possible. For example, a photo of the condition the items were shipped in with the outbound shipping label and a photo of the condition you received it back in with the return label in the same photo.
The Safe-T claim team is only able to make determinations based on clear, irrefutable evidence.
Additionally, since Safe-T claim reimbursements follow our guidelines for restocking fees, the maximum reimbursement for most claim will be at most 50% of the item's price. This is because restocking fees and Safe-T claims are meant to cover the base cost of an item and not the profit that would have been earned if the sale had remained.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Tatiana
