Call Me Now feature doesnt work
Been trying to use the feature for weeks now and it's always the same thing, says 'waiting in line' then call ended
I've tried at all different times of the day and nothing works
Call Me Now feature on the US Seller Central works fine so I know it's not me

It's not worked for us either, for at least 6 months. Does the exact same thing.
There is a 'call me now' option in the Amazon Seller app as well, in the account health section. Might be worth trying it there.

Try using differnet contact number - it happen to me - at the end i always use different number
