A - Z Claim, adding attachments
I’m dealing with an A -Z claim (probably a scam) where Amazon has requested proof of delivery documents. Not a problem, it was delivered and signed for. Except Amazon does not appear to provide any provision for adding attachments in the comments where you “Provide more information”.
What am I supposed to do?

You need to either respond to the original A-Z claim e-mail or open a case with seller support, include the order ID and provide the photos as attachments.
I think that the best option would be e-mail. Just make sure that the file size of the attachments is not too big.

I replied to the email including all the info and attached courier info and recipient’s signature.
Guess what?
A short while later I got another email asking me to supply all the info that I just sent them. 
So I have sent it a second time.
