Products in resrved for a few weeks
@Dominic_Amazon I am reaching out regarding the case 16042310011. Initially, my units were placed in reserved status due to a mislabeling issue. However, the investigation into this matter has now been concluded, and the defective units were relabeled to the matching ASIN
Since the issue has been resolved, I kindly request that all remaining units under the affected ASIN should be made available for purchase immediately.
Thank you for your assistance, and please let me know if further information is needed.

Hello @Seller_KG3Old4cvh7N3, I have just reviewed your situation. I escalated your case to the partner team to determine why you have so many units in reserved status. Since there was a labeling mix-up, it may take some time for the fulfillment center to fully iron things out. However, the defective units will likely need to be removed. Products are considered unfulfillable when they are defective, damaged, or otherwise unfit for sale or shipment and Amazon will notify you via email when you have unfulfillable units that need to be removed.
Unfulfillable units will be removed on your behalf in accordance with your Automated unfulfillable settings. If you have not configured these settings, your unsuitable inventory will be disposed of at Amazon’s earliest discretion.
