Account Suspension Issue and Lack of Support
Hello everyone,
I'm sharing with you a frustrating situation that's been happening to me and is leaving me increasingly disappointed. I've had an Amazon account for years and have worked with accounts in the US and UK. When I tried to migrate my inventory from one country to another, I encountered issues with trademark registration on 3 items. Before I could resolve the issue, my UK account was suspended.
Since 2022, I've been trying to resolve the issue, sending invoices and documents, but Amazon keeps rejecting them and saying I haven't provided sufficient documentation. I've tried to resolve the issue through Amazon Brazil, but they don't offer support for sellers who are working correctly.
Recently, another seller contacted me saying their account was suspended due to an association with my UK account. When I logged into my account, there was no notification about this. I've made 7 phone calls to try and resolve the issue, but no one seems to know what's going on. Some calls have been poor quality or with rude representatives.
I'm tired of dealing with issues and lack of support. I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this and if there's a solution. Will Amazon help resolve these issues or treat sellers like criminals?
