YYZ1 Do not Checked in My Shipment

Hello all

Has anyone recently shipped products to YYZ1? My shipment was delivered Monday and has still not been checked in. The 4-day period for SPD shipments has already passed. Has anyone recently shipped products to this warehouse? Is there anything that can be done to have the shipment received? It was delivered on July 8th.

Has anyone recently shipped products to YYZ1? My shipment was delivered Monday and has still not been checked in. The 4-day period for SPD shipments has already passed. Unfortunately, Amazon did not check in my shipment. About three weeks later, the shipment status was changed to "closed." As a result, Amazon asked me to provide invoices as proof of inventory ownership. I submitted the required invoices and am now awaiting the outcome. This was my first shipment to YYZ1, and my package got lost. I hope this situation doesn't happen again.

I would like to share the latest updates with those who read and follow this discussion. Amazon said that it does not accept responsibility for the products that were delivered to YYZ1 Warehouse and were not checked in at YYZ1 Warehouse, and that no Fba reimbursement will be given because The sipment did not meet the conditions. Amazon also added that no further e-mails on the subject would be answered. As a result, the shipment delivered to Amazon Warehouse was lost and despite proof of delivery and invoices, Amazon did not accept the loss.

The process took more than 10 weeks. Let it be informative for those who are facing the same problem.

Unfortunately, Amazon did not check in my shipment. About three weeks later, the shipment status was changed to "closed." As a result, Amazon asked me to provide invoices as proof of inventory ownership. I submitted the required invoices and am now awaiting the outcome.
