I am completely stuck with Amazon's Seller Identity Verification process, and the system is broken. Here’s what I’ve faced:
Broken Identity Verification Link:
When I click the "Identity Verification" link, it redirects me to the Get Help page, where getting help is impossible.
On the Get Help page:
Selecting "Submit an appeal or additional information to reactivate my account" takes me to the Account Health Page, which has nothing to do with my issue.
Selecting "Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support" sends me an automated response saying, "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal."
No Progress After Submitting Information:
I submitted the required information in the Account Health section 3 months ago.
Funds Held for 2 Months:
Amazon has held my funds for 2 months, and I have no idea how to get them back if I can’t even complete the verification process.
This is unacceptable. Sellers deserve better support and a functional system. Amazon, please fix this broken process and resolve my issue immediately!

The Seller Support team has not responded for 3 months ???? They only say " We received your submission. Our evaluation is in progress. " ?!?!??!

In your thread from three months ago you said:
"THEY ACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT AND THEN DISABLED IT AGAIN?!??!"
So, copy and paste HERE Amazon's email from three months ago informing you about the deactivation of your seller account. Without this email - no further answer.
After you say:
"They claimed the account needed to be transferred from individual to business."
It's not possible they said that because that is technically not possible. If you want to proove us the opposite here: yes please, with a screenshot of this message. BUT - in case you changed the "Legal Entity" from your private name to some company name = that is the reason why your actual identity documents are not accepted.
I see that you are fighting for three months to acknowledge your identity. So, the identity documents you send do NOT match the "Legal Entity" you did put when CREATING that account. It's technically possible to change the "Legal Entity", but this is just a supperficial change, in fact the system doesn't accept it - but it doesn't tell you that it doesn't accept. ONLY while a verification you will have exactly the problem you have now.
Conclusion: you CREATED that account with another "Legal Entity". Did you make (hopefully) screenshots of the process?
Furthermore I see in your second thread:
"I want to change my business location from Italy to the USA" . Today that is technically not possible but I read something about that MAYBE in some months and under certain circumstances that would be possible.
Seller support gave you the completely useless, stupid and harmful advice:
"You may try to update these details via Legal Entity Change,"
All your disaster today comes from the fact that most probably you followed this advice.
