INVOICE ISSUE - ASIN ISSUE - ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED

Recently, my Amazon account was deactivated, and I was asked to provide an invoice for a particular ASIN. I complied with their request and submitted the invoice for that product, which I had originally purchased in December and sold in January. Since then, I have neither sold nor listed that product again.Despite this, my account was deactivated over this product. I should note that my account health currently stands at 200, and this is the only issue affecting it.I sourced the product from China and had it shipped using a third-party service. When Amazon requested documentation, I provided both the invoice and the shipping details, thinking that would be sufficient. However, it seems that Amazon is still not accepting the documents I submitted, and I don't understand why.I’ve complied with all of Amazon's requirements, yet my account remains deactivated. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated, as I am unclear on what is wrong with the documents provided.

Is the ASIN branded or Generic?

Did you create the ASIN?

"I provided both the invoice and the shipping details, thinking that would be sufficient. However, it seems that Amazon is still not accepting the documents I submitted"

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have experienced and the status of your account. I understand that our team has concerns regarding an ASIN that was being sold, and have rejected the sourcing documentation provided.

When reviewing an invoice, our team is going to be looking to verify that the specific details match what reflect in your account. This means they can see the product clearly identified in addition to your personal details. If there are any details that cannot be verified, they will be obligated to reject the submission.

Was there a specific brand associated with the product? Have you ensured that your listing is accurate to the product information? What type of agreements do you have set up?

We encourage you to continue to share the information you have relating to this situation to this thread for support.

Best,

Atlas
