'Order not received' messages
Anyone else experiencing a noticeable increase in the number of customers who suddenly 'message' after precisely 1 month, to say they didn't receive their order and want to be reimbursed or receive a replacement? I don't send anything out in packaging smaller than '2nd class large envelope', which they obvs don't realise is tracked at point of delivery... mostly. When I point this out with the RM screenshot, I never hear from them again.
