Automatic Feedback Removal Question

Hello I know if you use SSA Amazon will remove any bad feedback related to delivery, does anyone know if they also remove it if you use "buy shipping" with royal mail 48 (not tracked)?

SSA is showing Friday 13th as an estimate to most customers which is really slow, when really I think it should be 12th at the very latest. So I was considering not using SSA if I am still protected against feedback. I don't know why it says Friday the 13th, as that's 5 business days and Royal Mail state 2-3 business days in most cases.

I tried 2-3 days setting without SSA, but it still shows as 13th as the estimate, so maybe if I set to 1-2 days, which makes no sense... but maybe it would be correct then.

Perhaps it's not worth the risk and maybe it's showing longer estimates due to Christmas? but if it's overstating the estimate, then we could be losing out on a lot of sales because of this.

I'm not sure if they'll remove the feedback unless you use a tracked service. Without a POD its just one persons word against another.

I believe everyone's estimated shipping times have temporarily been extended (mine has without me touching the shipping template) to try to manage customer expectation due to delays in the delivery network. I send RM tracked 24 and DHL, both are only achieving around 75% next day since mid November and I expect that to be the same up until Christmas.
