Bank letter verification
I’m attempting to get my account reactivated. I haven’t sold in some time and the account is deactivated due to not confirming identity.
I have submitted 4 different versions of a bank letter. All showing correct info exactly as it appears on my account.
The most recent letter is from the vp of the bank and the most “official” letter I can get.
Given they likely don’t care who it’s from, it reflects the exact info on my account, as well as checks every box that Amazon say is required.
I don’t want to open a new account or change to my personal account. But I think I may have to.
Any advice?

I did review the case information that you are seeing and communicated with another team regarding the current situation on the account.
They have reported back that there is no deposit method currently assigned in the account. Are you in the process of adding a different account to the deposit methods? Do you have bank documents for this method that you could provide? We will need you to take the action to add the bank account and assign the method in the US market for us to be able to provide more specific assistance.
