Bulk shipping breaks Thermal printer settings?

I print shipping labels thru Amazon Seller Central.
I use Amazon Print Connect to print directly to a thermal printer.
This works fine for single orders.

But when I try to use the Bulk shipping feature it breaks the thermal printer settings.
It would cause my thermal printer to stop working for all orders, even single orders.

I would need to contact Seller Support.
They would ask for Amazon Print connect logs.
And then have their internal team do some fix on the back end.
Only then would my thermal printer work again.

I aleady tried closing the Amazon Print Connect app on my pc, before using BUILK shipping.
But it still breaks the thermal printer settings

Why does using BULK shipping break Amazon Print Connect thermal printer settings?

I would like to be able to toggle between BULK shipping and printing a single label for a single order.

I should be able switch between the two.

Has anyone found a solution to this?

delete amazon print connect? I only hear of issues, I’m not sure of its purpose… but I can print labels in bulk and single with mine without a problem and I don’t use amazon print connect.

Just right click the Print Connect icon and exit or try QZ Tray.

Thanks for all your input. I think I had Amazon Print Connect exited but it still crashed the thermal printer.
I think I found out why. It’s because I have more than pc running Amazon Print Connect. I only closed it on the pc I was using to print. I hadn’t closed it on the other pcs. Will try bulk shipping with it closed on all pcs. Will update.

I found the issue and fix. I had Amazon Print Connect installed on multiple computers since we print labels from multiple computers. I would need to close Amazon Print Connect in the taskbar. And also log out of seller central. Then log back in to use buy BULK shipping.
Have to do this on EVERY computer that has Amazon Print Connect Installed.

I found that if I only did the above one pc, but not the others, it will still crash my thermal printer / amazon print connect, even if the other computers wasn’t the one being used to print the order that caused the crash.

Also asked Seller Support, they sent this bug into their software team to get it addressed.
They agree that it shouldn’t be a reoccurring issue.
