SAFE-T claims denied
I am having trouble submitting SAFE-T claims, I had a customer claim an item has not arrived when the tracking shows that both items have arrived. We uploaded the tracking info for the item and the case was still denied. We are new on Amazon and lately feel like we have been taken advantage of. We contact support but no one can help us, they just say to wait. It has been over a week and at this point it looks like we just lost the money and the product. Has anyone had this sort of trouble selling on Amazon?

"Has anyone had this sort of trouble selling on Amazon?"
Only the dozens/hundreds of people posting about this every day/week/month.
You REALLY need to spend some time reading the Forum. You would have known that this is a normal situation for all of you rookie sellers/beginners until that target that Amazon puts on your account goes away.
"Just Launched" is Amazon code for all the scammers out there to know they can feed on you and your account for free stuff.
Spend a LOT of time on the Forum reading not only about the scams but more importantly, all the creative ways that rookies find to get suspended on here.

Ignore the other guy.
If you did not use Amazon's Buy Shipping for the label, then you won't be protected if the buyer claims package was not delivered.
If you did use Amazon's Buy Shipping, Amazon will cover the cost.

This happens to hundreds of sellers daily. Unfortunately, delivered doesn't mean it made it to the correct address. Amazon and postal workers are stretched thin this time of year and tend to not always deliver to the correct address. If the buyer messages you tell them to check behind plants, patio furniture, and their neighbors as well. If you used Amazon buy shipping, you MAY be able to fight the Safe-t claim. If you didn't use Amazon buy shipping you won't win the Safe-t claim.

Hello @Seller_TKRP9IXkhx1no Thanks for checking in with the forums about that order and refund.
You mention that you filed a SAFE-T Claim. SAFE-T claims allow sellers to appeal orders that were fully refunded by Amazon, most often for returns sent back from the buyer using prepaid return labels. You can read more about those here:
How to file a SAFE-T claim: steps and best practices
If the buyer reports that they did not receive an order, that would not be covered by SAFE-T Claims.
What happened with the order, and how was the seller refunded? Did the seller file an A-to-Z Claim?
