Error Code 8572

This is getting extremely frustrating. We have been trying to upload one of our books and we keep receiving the error code, insinuating a wrong ISBN. We’ve reached out several times to Support with no success. They keep looking into the issue, but have yet to find a solution. Can someone look into this issue? CASE ending in 5121.

Hi there @Seller_SsHrsFM5UAZfJ,

I've reviewed your Case and it looks like the issue wasn't that the ISBN was seen as wrong but that there was an issue where the ISBN wasn't tied to the Publisher provided, however with your information the team was able to verify your ownership and now you should be able to create listings for this product using this ISBN.

Please note that in the future we need a full Case ID to be able to identify the correct case. If you are still having issues with this ISBN please let me know. Thank you for your understanding.
