Amzon deactivated my account for no direct reason

Amazon bogus reason for deactivating my au account

"Why is this happening?

We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history."

This is coming after I have done the video interview, passed and started listing my product on Amazon and even advertising some of my products.

I submitted the requested documents but received this reply with no direct explanation

"Thank you for submitting your appeal. We have received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time."

Amazon should have the patience to watch small business grow, and not toss it out like a ball with no concrete reason.

Amazon should support small businesses.
