Advertising charges on credit card

can you explain why my advertising cost a daily of 300-400$ but my credit card charges 500? Is there a fee or taxes that I’m not aware of?

You probably don't live in USA. And you don't own a VAT numer in your country. So, Amazon must by law collect the VAT and send it to the VAT authority in your country.
