Missing Items

Hello everyone,

Have you faced with missing items recently? I sent 5 items six weeks ago, and still under investigation. Nothing updated yet and I couldn’t get a proper answer. Is there anyone has this type of experience in this period?

I encountered a situation where two inventory shipments weren’t reflected in the system. I kept following up, and on the same day, I received a response stating that they would reimburse me for the missing units at the fulfillment center. It was strange because 11 units were sent in one package, but they only found 1, with the remaining 10 listed as missing. They plan to reimburse me below the cost price, which is disappointing. Be cautious when sending units to fulfillment centers—ensure you have all the necessary proof of delivery, or you might face serious issues.

We had 3 out of 14 Units missing from 1 of our FBA Pickup Shipments to FC. Once the Shipment was closed, we raised a request and were refunded for the missing units. It was hassle-free, though we did have to wait for Amazon to close the Shipment.

Yes my 15 Units are missing and i complaint about it and they say your case is in under investigation
