shipment lost in fba

we have sent a shipment on nov 26 2024 took 2 month for the shipment to close ,the shipment cost $2000

shipment id FBA18M85M7GB

we opened a case about it with amazon for reimbursement for the lost package they got back to us claiming the package arrive with multiple id shipment label there for they denying our reimbursement

we been shipping to fba for very long time not the fisrt time we make sure we put the correct labels every shipment over 10k

any help with this issue to get the package back or reimbursement

please help

The reimbursement request was rejected due to multiple shipment ID labels being found on a single package, preventing the fulfillment center from receiving the contents.

Please ensure for future shipments to enter the exact quantity of boxes in the shipping plan, label each package with a unique shipment ID label from your shipping queue, and obscure any erroneous labels before shipping.

Please see the general labeling requirements below:

  • Each box/pallet needs an FBA shipment ID label and carrier label
  • Don't photocopy, reuse, or modify shipment labels
  • For small parcels: Place labels on a flat surface to avoid folding over edges
  • For truckload deliveries: Four labels per pallet, one on each side
  • Each box in a shipment needs its own FBA shipment ID label

In an act of good faith, I have escalated this case to our partner teams and will follow up directly with you once we have heard back.
