Friendly MODS,
Please see CASE ID 16588421021. I've tried explaining this to our friends at SS but the nuances of English are not their strong suit.
Because of all the differing metrics on Amazon, I was confused about Pre-fulfillment Cancelation Rate metrics. Some places it says 2.5%, some say 1.5%, some say .5%, and they change.
My account was made "Not Eligible" for Premium Shipping today because of a single inadvertent cancelation. The policy around this issue states the following:
"You will be unable to offer Two-Day Shipping as a shipping option for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days."
Please notice the policy does NOT say it will always be 30 days. It says it will be at least 7 but no more than 30. If we meet the standard for 7 days, who do we contact about having the stats manually reviewed to allow eligibility of Premium Shipping once again?
Like most things on Amazon, there is an automated system. However; the automated system defaults to 30 days. If Amazon always meant to have it be a 30 day ineligibility, it would have written that it will always be 30 days. But they did not. Amazon would not have mentioned "a minimum of 7 days" if after 7 days of meeting the standard it wasn't possible to have Premium Shipping restored, otherwise, why mention it at all?
My question is; who do we talk to after 7 days of meeting the required metrics to have Premium Shipping eligibility restored?
Hoping someone can see what I'm saying and provide a solution.

Hello @Seller_9yQUzZAP34cYw
Thanks for sharing the case number.
If you're a seller and you've been offering Two-Day Shipping, but haven't been meeting Amazon's standards for it (like not getting packages to customers within two days consistently), Amazon may temporarily take away your ability to offer Two-Day Shipping.
This penalty will last for at least 7 days. During this time, you cannot offer Two-Day Shipping as an option to your customers. The penalty could last up to 30 days, depending on the severity of the issue or how often it has happened before. After this period (between 7 and 30 days), if you've improved your performance, Amazon will likely reinstate your ability to offer Two-Day Shipping.
This policy is Amazon's way of ensuring that sellers who promise Two-Day Shipping are actually able to deliver on that promise consistently. It helps maintain customer trust in the Two-Day Shipping option across the platform.
Let us know if you have further questions.
