Seller support says order only allows one parcel?
The response I got from support was rather bizarre. I had shipped one of two items a customer ordered using veeqo since they are 34lb cartons each. I was trying to figure out how to edit the number of items that were shipped in that shipment so I could create another label at least through the AZ website. Now they are saying that everything has to fit in one box and tired together? This is so weird unless the seller support agent it totally wrong?

I understand that you want to print another shipping label for order ID: 111-5453722-0617009 because the buyer ordered two items.
Amazon can only offer one shipping label per order ID. If both items do not fit in one box, you can use two boxes. However, you need to make sure that they are taped or wrapped together so that they don't get separated.
There is no longer an option to edit the quantity because your two items only have one order ID.

Yep, this is the way Amazon works; they can't conceive of the fact that a single item may take more than one box.
AFAIK, the only way to handle it is to purchase shipping for additional boxes through another source. If you do this, before buying the Amazon shipping, message the customer explaining the situation, and provide the tracking numbers for additional boxes.

Oh, that I've never dealt with. Yes, I thought that this was possible.
My solution is for things like encyclopedia sets that is one item but takes multiple boxes.
@KJ_Amazonis this a new change? What happened to the old method?
