Invalid Letter of Authorization
Hello everyone, please help advise what kind of documents we need to submit for LOA (Letter of Authorization) in Amazon UK? We are having our own brand-line and not a reseller.
We have tried to submit several documents as invoices, and also submitting our trademark, but it is not working at all. Does anyone ever have the same problem? Thank you!

Did you enroll yourself in the brand registry?
The Brand Registry application helps us identify and enrol your brand so that we can protect your intellectual property in our store.
Once, you enrolled, please ensure that your seller account is connected to your brand.
You must also ensure that the brand name attribute on your listing matches the registered brand name in the Brand Registry.
