Invoice Defect rate at 100%?

Hey,

So I have been notified that my invoice defect rate is sat at 100, I manually upload the invoices with no trouble, however in the tab 'No Invoice Uploaded' and there is no orders where the invoices haven't been uploaded at all, and I have changed the time frames and filters etc.

No clue why this is but Amazon keep falsely doing this and its ridiculous, can anyone help ASAP?

Hello @TNC_Goods,

so you upload the invoices for all business customer orders within 24 hours after dispatch and the report of the Invoice Defect Rate also shows no affected Order IDs?

Did you already reach out to Account Health Support for this?
