Determination of Establishment for EU VAT - kyc-drtax-verification@amazon.co.uk
1. On January 16th, I received a message from Amazon stating that my payments would be suspended pending verification for establishment in the EU.
-On January 19th, I submitted the required documents.
2. On January 20th, I was asked for additional documents.
-On January 26th, I provided all the requested documents.
Despite this, I have yet to receive a response from Amazon for over 26 days, although it was stated that I would receive a response within 14 days.
Multiple calls to Account Health have yielded no results. They opened cases and added screenshots indicating that I submitted the documents a long time ago. Every time, support promised to call back within 48 hours, but no calls have been received. Furthermore, after 7 days from the calls as they indicated, I have also not received any written response regarding the status of my verification.
My payments are still blocked, and I am unable to pay VAT, which will soon lead to significant penalties and force me to close my campaign due to bankruptcy.
Can you advise if there are any ways to receive a response regarding my verification and to unblock my payments?
The only option I have left is to turn to the media and file a lawsuit for unlawful withholding of funds.

Good morning @Seller_OpEp42uD9ecqe,
The partner team has received documents sent by you on the 19th, however they can confirm, that you have not replied to the request for further documents on the 20th via your registered email address.
Could you please send documents, which have been requested in the communication sent on the 20th Jan via the same email address you used on the 19th Jan?
Kind regards,
Julia.

As a non UK business did you reply to the non-established email rather than the one in your screenshot which is for UK businesses?
