No option to refund buyer without also sending them costs to cover return postage??
I'd appreciate some advice please. I have a buyer who has opened a 'Refund Return Request'. The problem is they live in Scotland and it already cost me more than was reasonable to ship the item to them in the first place. I want to refund them in full for the item, but Amazon doesn't let me issue the refund without adding something into the 'Additional refunds/charges' section under 'Refund Shipping'. I just want them to keep the item, so no need to refund shipping - how do I get around this issue? Changing the refund reason from 'customer return' to anything else also doesn't help. Thank you

try refunding from manage orders instead of manage returns?
