KYC Account Verification - payment account suspended
We are struggling to verify our account, despite following all steps.
We have had back and forth with the account verification team and on the last turn our account was suspended, without any reason given. The suspension was given only a few minutes after we submitted, which I have to think means it was automated and a human did not review our paperwork.
We followed the guidelines listed on a seller support article as a US-based LLC and submitted the following:
- articles of incorporation from when business was first started
- certificate of good standing dated december 2024
- operating agreement
- share allotment document
- bank statement from last 180 days
Additionally, I personally submitted:
- active passport
- bank account statement from december showing address
I dont understand how this is possible when we followed all guidelines.

Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Credit Card Statement in the name of the business and dated from the past 180 days. Documents from financial service providers or online digital banks are not acceptable.
