Error Insufficient sales history *(I got this error couple of months on product where is monthly selling 500 + )

and also this error Invalid product count *(there is 600 x product on stock)

ASINs do not have sufficient sales history

Can't run Vouchers due this

Anybody have same problem with vouchers before works all good, years no problem

Thank you for any advice opened case before not help from seller support.
