Unable to reactivate my seller account
My seller account was deactivated by Amazon on the grounds that there is a duplicate account in another country. I have tried to explain via the appeals process that I know nothing about this other account but cannot get past the AI generated email response - I am at a complete loss now of what to do next. Why is it not possible to deal with a human being at Amazon instead of their robotic actions?

Have you tried switching countries at the top of Seller Central to see if there are any deactivation notifications? At the very least you do have an account in France, Germany etc.
